Obituary for Anthony J. Bredice
Anthony J. Bredice, age 25, of Stratford and previously of Shelton passed away suddenly Friday, December 29, 2017 in Bridgeport.
Known to his friends and family as “AJ,” he was born January 10, 1992 in Bridgeport, son of Anthony M. Bredice of Stratford and Tracy (Lazette) Engeldrum of Shelton and had been a life time area resident.
AJ was a Shelton High School graduate and vice president of OLGA Development Inc. He was a gifted athlete and enjoyed skate and snow boarding, listening to music, attending concerts, writing poetry, and drawing.
Survivors in addition to his parents include his paternal grandparents, Anthony P. and Virginia Bredice; maternal grandparents, Kenneth Lazette and Tina Riccio; three siblings, Owen Engeldrum, Jillian Engeldrum and Alessandra Bredice; girlfriend, Alex D’Arcy; step father, Peter Engeldrum and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. by meeting directly in Saint James Church, 2070 Main St., Stratford.
Interment will be private.
Friends may visit with his family Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in The William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St., Stratford.
